  • I have alway’s felt to ill and traumatised to write my own book but with support I got my own website. Where I share many a link to Organisation’s and Individual’s around the world.

    I have a special list of Inspirational people. No need for ”YOU” Karen to Guess who is boldly and most deservingly on this most special of list’s.
    I met you on facebook over two years ago. I have been truelly in awe of your incredible dedication in helping others your drive and commitment never fails to amaze me yet I’m never surprised. Your self belief is ”INSPIRATIONAL”,Indeed. And your drive to promote what you believe in and to share your experiences and expertese is second to none.

    I know lot’s of peopl living with Bi Polar I have many a symptom myself. ”Undiognosed yes” But I live it all the same. I have no doubt that Karen will reach out to the heart’s and Mind’s to individual’s world wide for many a year to come.

    Karen Tyrrell I promote the idea of, ”Act local, think Global” it’s safe to say now ”YOU” Have done just that.
